First, I had a couple of phone interviews, and then I did an in-person interview.
The in-person interview was over 5 hours long--with no breaks.
The day began with an hour-long portfolio review in front of about 10-20 people. From there, I went immediately into a lunch interview with the hiring manager, who then brought me to a room where I had 5 back-to-back interviews.
Although each interviewer would come in and ask, "Do you need to take a break?", I didn't take anyone up on it because, being aware of the culture, it seems that the interview process is constructed to test your endurance.
Adrenaline carried me through the 5+ hours, but no sooner had I crossed the street to go back to my hotel when I suddenly felt completely exhausted.
There was a tiny bit of whiteboarding, and one of the interviewers used an interrogation style, but most of the interviewers were friendly but asked a few difficult questions.
