The interview process was long and demanding, consisting of multiple rounds with different team members. It included behavioral questions, technical legal scenarios, and follow-ups on prior work experience (all expected to be answered following strictly the STAR method). Preparation was essential.

Leadership Principles play a big part on all answers. Memorize them and apply them to your stories. Interviews are usually a mix of behavioral and hypothetical questions.
Process: Recruiter call + Phone Interview + Interview loop (whole day with 5/6 people). Around 3 weeks from start to finish.

The initial interview was quick to set up and the interviewer was very friendly making me feel comfortable. The whole process went very smoothly and I am still waiting for the result but I was informed of all the processes thoroughly.
