I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services
Interview
First round 50 mins, hiring manager/ team.
Very mechanical just QA. expects ready answers for the situational questions. which can be very much fabricated most times. it doesn't allow to have a conversational interview which is better experience to understand the team and culture.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services
Interview
The interview process included the standard loop of 5-6 interviews. The process itself once you're accustomed was not difficult as long as you prep accordingly and they provide you many materials. The frustrating part was being put on 'hold' for my offer, then being ignored for 6+ months, to then be told a job is now available again and they want to make me an offer to ignore me...again. Very frustrating process.
