Behavioural interview but they still included some technical questions and then a technical interview. Even though not essential having Java experience and Python seemed crucial due to questions that where being asked. Leadership Principles are definitely integrated into the interview
1st call was with a recruiter which helped to prepare for the next stage as well, 2nd was video call through chime during the working hours of the interviewers (timezone call), no feedback given.
Most important are the leadership principles and the interview preparation videos are helpful to guide up for interview preparation. Interview level is medium and panels make sure you are comfortable with the procedures.
