The interview process is extensive and culminates in a full day interview with 4-6 interviewers each having ~45 minutes to ask questions, record responses and provide follow up questions. The unifying focus for the interview questions are based on Amazon's leadership principles.

Question 1
The questions are focused on how you have responded to situations with the root of the questions stemming from Amazon's leadership principles.
Clear and comprehensive. I worked directly with the recruiter and they showed up prepared to lead a productive discussion. They gave me an overview of the process and what I should expect.

1 - Recruiter / Pre qualification - Soft skills check and process explanation
2 - Hiring Manager / Straight into challenging questions; no time taken to create a human connect which is something I particularly disliked. I value a lot the connection I feel I could have with my direct manager.
3 - Panel (I did not do it as I accepted another offer in the meantime)
