Interview
I made it to the final round. The overall process took about 6 weeks and included the following. Assessment, then a screening, then an initial interview using the STAR method, then an essay, followed by a 5 hour interview round using STAR method.

HR screen then several rounds of phone interview with staffs from different departments or within the same team. The whole duration will be around 1 month, and receive the result within 2 weeks after final round.
