The interview process is pretty intense - which is reflective of the culture. You can expect a bevy of behavioral based interview questions. You need at least 2-3 different examples from your career that demonstrate how you align with the leadership principles. The LPs are a huge part of Amazon culture so study those and be prepared to speak to how you exemplify them.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Sydney)
Interview
Completed 4 rounds and tested on recruiting experience, stakeholder management and how leadership principles show up in the everyday work. Based on the follow up questions, you would need to provide examples on the most challenging and extreme side of your role. General play safe examples will not show enough range on the leadership principles.

Interview
there are two business interviews. the first is an hour long and the final rounds are usually 3-5 hours long. Most interviews are still virtual and done through Amazon's own video conferencing app called Chime. Make sure to have it downloaded.
