Amazon Web Services Product Manager - Technical interview questions

Initially, the recruiter screens via a phone call. This is followed by 1-2 telephone interviews with individuals from the team and finally if you clear this, you're invited to 5-6 1 hour on-site interviews with stakeholders of different levels

Felt extremely impersonal, tedious, and repetitive. If it wasn't the name brand and money of "Amazon," I'd have ended the discussion after the first call which was asking the same questions I'd already provided in a questionnaire. The calls felt like they wanted you to be robotic in your responses and not show any personality. When allowed to ask the interviewer questions, he seemed bothered and his mood changed greatly when I asked about how AWS is addressing the work life balance concerns raised by many on Glassdoor. He gave a very brief, "You'll work the hours required to do the job." Tried to ask a follow-up question but he mentioned a need to drop.
