It was a 5 hours loop interview with one hour break in between the 3rd and 4th interview. The interviewers are the hiring manager, one senior member of the team, one senior member of the organization (who has the right to veto the decision) and one AWS employee from a completely different team. The stories must be formed in the STAR format.
