Worst process I have even seen, in HR screening round (first discussion) HR asked me all details that is Total Exp, Relevant Exp, NP, and CTC, Expected CTC. I clearing mentioned I need at least 30-35% hike. HR scheduled 3 technical rounds of discussion according to process and I have cleared all technical rounds with good positive feedback. In HR discussion round they asked to me upload all documents and on package expectation I mentioned around 30-35% hike. HR told me they have budget and they can only give 5-6% hike. I have never seen such a worst process, if you know don't have budget you should not asked candidate to give 3 technical rounds. It was such a waste of time for me.
