Other than the recruiter who first contacted me, I will say this was the worse interview experience i have had in my 30 year career, For me that says a lot.
Recruiter completed the first screening. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager. The final interview was with the team VP. Pretty standard process. Only odd part was one interview was set up as a video interview, but the person stayed off camera.

Interviewed with Clinical VP and Business Development VP. Probably the longest interviews I've ever had. They both really got inside my head and wanted to find out my core values as a nurse and a manager. Lots of behavioral and situational questions.
