Amedisys interview questions

First interview was a phone screen with the regional recruiter, and then was brought in for an in-person interview with the director of rehab. Fairly straightforward interview with your standard questions. I was told that I would be their candidate and move forward. The position was ultimately relisted with a wider service area. I have followed up with one email and one phone call to the regional recruiter, both of which have gone unanswered. I cannot in good faith recommend applying with Amedisys, it was ultimately a waste of my time and very unprofessional of them to ghost potential candidates. I was offered and accepted another position elsewhere.

Application online, phone interview with Recruiter, in person interview with hiring manager, usual questions, recruiter followed up after wards. Entire process from applying to interviewing took about 3 weeks. Overall easy process.
