Phone screen, 2 in-person interviews, and a pit sit. The interview process wastes a lot of time. Some of the interviews can be combined and the pit sit can easily be attached to one of those interviews. Company should work on respecting time of candidates.

I got recommended to work there by an employee. I did 5 interviews only to be denied. The 4th interview was a walk through where I came in the office and met everyone and was there for about 2 hours. I was pumped to work there and they really made me feel like I was going to be hired and then did the 5th final interview that went well. Then I got email saying that I wasn’t hired for the position. What kind of company makes a person go through 5 interviews only to deny them? That is insane to me. They also interrogated me about why I was leaving my current position over and over. I obviously wanted to work for this company. Not happy about the situation.
