It was quite an easy and quick interview at another office. Did not seem to need much experience or to impress them to get a job offer. Interviewer was awkward and unorganized but polite and not intimidating

As long as you can answer yes or no questions, you are hired. I’m sure even if you couldn’t answer yes or no questions, you’d still be hired. It’s an easy process and they are usually extremely short staffed with a high turnover rate so they are always desperate for people.
First interview is with the two assistant managers, individually. If they both agree you would be a good candidate, you will be called in for a second interview with the store manager.
