Interview
Met with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. They asked basic interview questions, and about your past experience in retail and customer service. It was short. After the interview, you are told that the final part of your interview will be a phone interview with the District Manager, who will ultimately decide whether you get hired or not. The phone interview was more in depth.

What do you think the most important part of customer service is?
They took me to a small room, and I was met by the General Manager and Assistant Manager. The interview probably lasted about 30 minutes or so.
I was able to hear back a week after the interview.
Very nice and respectful. Asked me the basic questions like past work experiences and what goals I have for my future. Lasted only about 15 minutes out of the 30 minute time slot that was listed in the scheduled interview.

Interview
Phone interview was very straight forward. The manager called and we discussed my availability and what was expected of the job. The manager sounded as if she was ready to hire me on the spot.
