American Airlines Engineer interview questions

Standard STAR questions. Very slow process. Very slow to hear back. Process took over 10 months from initial applications to final decision. I had applied to a few application and only one application I heard back from one week after in person interview. The rest took months after in person to hear back. The quick response was a job offer; the longer time I waited all were denials.

They first did a phone interview. They then called and asked for an in person interview. They interview 5 people in person then pick from the 5. They have 3 people sit in on the interview and allow them to ask questions.
