I gave the interview for Cargo Performance Analyst. First round was with a senior team member where I was asked mostly behavioural questions along with some technical questions. The second round was with the hiring manager where the focus was mostly on behavioural questions and some technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2023

Interview process was good and fast. I only had 2 rounds, 1 with the hiring manager and last 1 was the panel round on site. the whole process took about 3-4 weeks and the offer was also made in a timely manner.

Panel round was with 4 managers. Mostly behavioural questions and some case study. Like how do you handle pressure etc
