Very positive and enlightening interview. Applied online, got an invite to do the online assignment, about a week later got an invite for the video interview, then a month later was invited to be flown out to Dallas for the group and one on one interview. The recruiters were all very nice and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. There were about 30 of us there. We played a get to know you game and worked with the people we sat with at the same table. Take charge, be vocal and be friendly with everyone. They are watching and seeing how you interact with others. Then we were taken into rooms with about 7 others where they asked about three questions that we all had to answer. Try and answer first because they just open it up for anyone to answer. After that, a recruiter came and got us one by one. From what I heard, some went home at this point, while others were taken to a one on one interview. Then they had you fill out a form for a background check and did finger printing. They didn't tell me that day that I got the job. I got an email a few days later saying that I would advance in the pre employment process. It was super fun and I'm excited for the opportunity.
