If you pass the video interview and F2F then you will get an email inviting you to training. AA will fly you there (no matter how far). If AA doesn't fly there then another airline will (all paid by AA). You will stay in a hotel quite close to the AA Training Center. You most likely WILL be sharing your hotel room with someone of the same gender in your training class. In the morning (EARLY) you will get on the shuttle to the training center. (again PAID FOR)

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
