Filled out Application online 2 weeks later received an invitation to complete and online video interview A few days after received an email saying that I would be moving on to the next step of the interview process and was asked to update my application and personal information 3 weeks later received a phone call with an invitation to complete a face to face interview at AA headquarters in Dallas, TX. Completed the 4 hour group and individual interview process Completed reach test and went through the fingerprinting process for the background check Day after the interview, after arriving home from Dallas, received a phone call from AA saying that I would be continuing in the process and that they had emailed me my DOT forms to be completed and faxed back to them within 3 business days. -It has been almost three months since my interview. I have sent a follow up email to inquiring about my status and my recruitment coordinator has said that they are still waiting on the results of my fingerprints.
