The interview process was pretty streamlined, however I have found that I am the exception not the rule.
I applied on 1/10 and shortly after [same day] I was sent an email to take an assessment. The assessment was pretty interesting. The first portion you have to respond to several text messages that come in rapidly. PLEASE, don’t over think this. Answer them in the order they come in. Took about 5-10 minutes. Then came the “pick the better of two evils” questions.
On 1/30 I received an invitation for the virtual group interview on 02/01. This interview was great however, read the instructions in the email and do exactly as they say. Clean/Plain background, well lit, and in a quiet area! They’ll ask two questions: Introduce yourself, and then a secondary question. Each person has a different secondary question. Dress as if you were interviewing in person!
If you pass this portion they will invite you for a Face-to-face (f2f). Dress to impress within the confines of business professional. Men: wear a nicely tailored suit, black or navy blue with a nice plain black or blue tie; haircut or well groomed and manicured nails. Women: Pantsuit of the same distinction (no tie necessary), hair in a bun and pulled back, red or nude lipstick, and plain or French manicured nails.
You’ll do two group exercises. The first is an ice breaker: “If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?” Please give thought and depth to your answer. Second is a teamwork exercise. Contribute, but not too much. Be a leader but don’t stand out or dismiss any ideas. After this you’ll have a Q&A. After the Q&A, they’ll start calling names. If you are in the first group you didn’t make it immediately (they have sent CJO’s through email). If you aren’t called you’ll do a reach and jump seat test and then a one on one with two recruiters where they’ll ask you a few more questions and may (or may not) give you your CJO.
Overall my process took about a month. Good luck!
