I applied online, filled out lenthy application form, online application first, then one or two phone interview after that is language test because this is a language based position, in person group interview. Finally, conditional offer, drug test, background check, security check to get the airport badge.

Interview
First a video and a presentation were made about the airline and the job. A CSM and a senior employee also talked.Who ever was not able to perform the job could leave at anytime. Then they separated us in groups of 8 people of with several questions were asked. The best of the group went on to a second phase, which was just a selection.
