The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Process: Group activity, then group interview (same as online), then it’s jumpseat check and some individual meetings. The flying and interacting with flight attendants is apart of the interview. Wear nice clothes on both your flights there and back!!!
My three bits of advise:
1) Smile the whole time (unless inappropriate)
2) They are looking for kindness and team players, so DO NOT brag about yourself or your customer service. Demonstrate with your answers that you will be a great team member and a compassionate person.
3) Stand out with your personality not your outfit. Stick to the clean, plain colored dress wear.
