I applied online. I interviewed at American Airlines (Denver, CO) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online and took personality assessment within a week was asked to do on online video interview. I have heard they have a third party review their video interviews because they get so many candidates, and then if you get through they have you come out for a group face to face, will wait and see if I pass to go to the group face to face. Fingers crossed, did not pass the United video interview so prepared more for this opportunity. Still wish I could have included more and made sure to thank them at the end but got a little nervous even with practice.
