Everyone was separated into four smaller groups from there we were taken into another room with two interviewers. We were all sat next to each other and the interviewers went down the line asking the same three question to all of us. Both interviewers left the room for less than five minutes and only one moved forward. The interviewers emphasized the job being outside and having to left very heavy, coming off sexist and condescending. Left with a bad taste about the company, American Airlines.

It was a Group interview with a GM and 2 Managers at the airport.
There were 6 applicants was there for interview.
Interview was easy and mostly basic questions .

Group interview. They asked all of us the same 3 questions. Two of the questions were very basic along the lines of “how do you feel about working in all weather conditions” “how do you feel about working mandatory overtime in case of demand” etc. Interview was very easy, just go in with confidence and you should be fine.
This was a group interview with an immediate decision on hiring. It started with and informational session about the interview process and what to expect if offered a position. During the interview a union rep and manager took turns asking questions.
