One of the most disrespectful hiring processes i’ve ever been through. Four rounds, an in person interview and assignment only for the head decision maker to not be present and then decide i wasn’t a good fit the day before we were supposed to meet in person again. HR was not in close contact with the hiring team and the were posting on linkedin the next day looking for new submissions after leading me on for a month and a half.
