Interview
Lots of deep probing questions that were expected to be answered briefly and concisely. There were things that made you really think about your past experiences, and how you could possibly relate them to the current position you were applying for. There was lots of open ended question, and just all-in-all loose dialogue. Lots of time talking about personal experiences with the DM and myself. Lots of banter. Just an overall great experience.

Interview
First interview by phone from a recruiter. Second interview was very casual and comfortable. Average questions. It is clear right away if you are able to speak to the qualifications. The final interview was a phone interview from the Regional Manager. This interview was more challenging. Still asking questions based on business acumen, merchandising and talent acquisition.
