Applied online and got a phone call from the district manager for a phone interview. that was very easy. normal questions about past work and why I wanted to work there. then I interviewed with the store manager. she was pretty catty. asked questions about their current products and how I would push more sales for each item. she also informed me that because I was married I better not be planning on getting pregnant any time soon. then she had me fill out another paper application and take a quiz about what words described me and which I felt described the brand.

I applied to the AE ASM even though I have more than enough Experience to be their GM. They Invited me to store for first interview with their GM, She acted like I was hired on the spot but needed verification with DM. Then DM texted me and I talk to Dm on phone Interview on a tuesday, then the DM specifically told me that he is gonna get back to me by early next week. Then the store manager and District manager both Ghosted me and refused to send a simple Email or respond to your texts or emails after 2 3 weeks of ghosting you. The Worst and the most Disrespectful Company I have ever interviewed with. Absolutely horrendous experience. I have never ever seen something like this in the 8 interviews I did this past month in which I got 4 Job Offers. No notification, No Email, They didn't even bother update the Application on AE website. This is coming from someone who was running a $150M dollar store before this. I would never ever apply nor work for any AE company or anyone associated with them ever again.I felt like It was my duty to aware people of how Terrible this company is ran. It takes 20 seconds to send an Email that says you were not chosen to continue with the company.
BTW I am in the Area of Columbus Ohio.
