I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Brooklyn, NY) in Jun 2013
Interview
When i first arrived to the interview, the interviewer asked me where did i get my pants. i told him that i got them at Dr.Jays; they were pink jeggings in style for the spring, i paired it with a black tee and burgundy jacket/blazer.
He asked me what is my favorite designer? i responded with Calvin Klein and Alexander Wang, a.w. because my college classes were in the same building as their loft.
Next question: style? Tomboyish, Slightly femenine, and preppy.
What can i bring to the company? [it was a new store that i was applying for] 'leadership, teamwork, motivation, time management and organization.' i have exp in community org so i explained that i have exp speaking to new people and working on a deadline.
Next day i sent a Thank You letter by email restating my accomplishments, my college major business and my work experience.
got a call back thursday and friday but was not near to answer. didnt get an another callback till monday when they told me that i got the job and was going to be sent forms about the new store and starting day.

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
