I applied on Craigslist and a couple of days later received an email asking to come in the next day for a screening event. Was only asked one question during the screening event which was, "Why American Eagle?" After answering the woman said she really liked my style and sent me to a group interview that would take place later that day. It was a big group, maybe twenty five people and once that finished there was a one on one interview. I interviewed on a Thursday and was called back by Sunday.
