I applied in store - dropped off my resume, had an interview the next day, and was hired on the spot. The interview was very standard - told her about myself, my strengths and weaknesses, etc. Very easy process

I was asked to help a mother pick out some items for her daughter.
It was a Very quick process. Was Barely an interview. Was pulled outside of the store and just had a casual conversation. Was asked some situational questions as well and was hired on the spot.

I went during a hiring fair so it was super quick and easy! Asked like 3 general questions (tell me about yourself, why do you think you will be a good fit, etc) and then 1 situational question (tell me a time you provided good customer service) and then I was hired on the spot. You really just have to be outgoing and energetic and show that you will be a great team player.

Interview
First you have to apply online and then they will call you in for an interview. At the store they took a group of applicants to a separate room and gave us a group interview. The interview took at least 15-25 minutes at most.
