There is a few round interview. You interview with the store manager and if you pass that interview you move on to the district manaager. After the district manager you phone interview with the regional.

Our conversation talked about conversion. At that point in my retail career I hadnt dealt with traffic or conversion. It was clearly stated to me and then I understood.

Interviewed with district manager and regional manager. Interview process was quick and smooth. Was able to negotiate benefits. Hire process was fairly easy as well. Was able to do digital interviews.

A long process, first was an interview in store with the current manager, then a week later I was called and had a phone interview with the regional manager. I was then approved a week after.
