I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Pottstown, PA) in Oct 2012
Interview
All applications were handed in in-person.
I applied during a store opening when there were 100's of people hired in an on the spot interview.
I was asked questions like:
What was your last job?
Why did you leave your last job?
Why do you think we should hire you?
Where do you get inspiration for your style?
What is good customer service to you?
I was called after the interview and told I got the job.
We scheduled a time for training (paid).

I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Columbia, MD)
Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
