Interview
In the beginning the was a lot of phone tag, the person scheduled to give my interview rescheduled a few times. We were able to connect and had a phone interview. The questions were not out of the ordinary. 'Where do you get your style from?" There were also some scenario questions, "what would you do if...?".

Interviewed with district manager and regional manager. Interview process was quick and smooth. Was able to negotiate benefits. Hire process was fairly easy as well. Was able to do digital interviews.

A long process, first was an interview in store with the current manager, then a week later I was called and had a phone interview with the regional manager. I was then approved a week after.

I was asked a lot about retail. As well as how I would handle unmotivated employees.
