Interview
Asked questions about how you would deal with different situations in the store. Had to be energetic and look the "part" (I.E. wear their clothes). Talked about previous customer service experience and about myself....needed to reflect that I knew about the company and that I would represent the label. Requires flex hours and you had to complete a "personality test" to see where you would "fit in best" at the store. Easy interview.
