Applied in store, called for interview about 3-4 days later. Very relaxed environment. Met with manager and she just asked me to tell her about myself, explain previous jobs more in-depth, very typical questions, nothing too crazy. Asked my availability and was hired on the spot!

Nothing too difficult. Was asked about how I would describe my personal style, just make sure it is in line with company values!
I went in-person for the interview and was asked why I chose AE and to speak about my past experience in retail. Be sure to speak about the brand and how well you know it.

Very chill, I interviewed as a 22 yr old fresh out of college right as the pandemic was starting to lift. Brought my resume with me but never needed it; I was "interviewed" literally at the front register (slow day) and it was mostly availability questions. Very kind interviewer, looked forward to working with them and genuinely enjoyed our "interview."
