very unprofessional company, I realized I might not want to work there. The guy that called was not even the hiring manager, so why did he even call. I missed his call, then I called him back, he then told me to call the company hotline. I was slightly confused, I knew at that moment the interview process might take longer. I have yet to receive a call back from the manager or HR people.

I went in-person for the interview and was asked why I chose AE and to speak about my past experience in retail. Be sure to speak about the brand and how well you know it.

Very chill, I interviewed as a 22 yr old fresh out of college right as the pandemic was starting to lift. Brought my resume with me but never needed it; I was "interviewed" literally at the front register (slow day) and it was mostly availability questions. Very kind interviewer, looked forward to working with them and genuinely enjoyed our "interview."
