Called in for individual interview - talked one on one with the manager about myself for probably 20 minutes and then I left. She only really asked me about myself and then asked me what my favorite aerie item was. She called back a week later and offered me the job.

She asked a few questions about dealing with customers - how do you deal with a frustrated customer? that kind of thing.

Filled out paper application, was called in shortly after for the interview. They basically asked me about prior experience, my current knowledge of the store, their wide selection of bras, and more. Then, she had me do a couple of role play situations. That night she called me and hired me. I did some training the next week and that was it.
