I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Carbondale, IL) in Sep 2014
Interview
For me it was probably the easiest interview ever. I went in to turn in my application and talked casually with a manager who said she really liked me and wanted to recommend me to the hiring manager. My entire interview lasted maybe ten minutes.
