I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters in Apr 2008
Interview
I turned in my application to American Eagle and after not hearing anything for about a week, I called to "check up" on my application. They looked it over and asked me if I would be able to come in for an interview. I showed up about 10 minutes early and they were running a little behind so I just browsed the store in the mean time. Finally when the store manager had a moment she sat down with me and talked to me about the company and asked some easy questions about why I thought I'd be good for the position. This was mostly all just all listening and when she was done telling me about it she asked if I'd be able to commit. I said yes and I was hired on the spot. I came back to fill out my personal information and I started work about a week and a half later.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
