I had a group interview in the back with 9 other girls or so. The manager just asked questions and whoever wanted to answer it would. She might wait for two or three more to answer before asking the next question.

When and how have you given good customer service?
They just asked me to talk about my past experience and about myself and my hobbies. They also asked why I wanted to work there and what my favorite trends were.

Tell us about your favorite trends right now and explain why.
It was a very easy and laid back interview; I talked about myself and my availability when I was in High School. I also asked questions about the company culture and their benefits.

Did the interview right in front of the store, but it was chill, the lady was nice. She started with basic questions, then went to scenarios. After it was just over and she said she'd give a call.
