I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Tulsa, OK) in Jan 2011
Interview
Applied and within a week I had a call for a first interview. The first interview was a group and you really had to try hard to stand out. They split the group in two and you interview with one manager and then another talking about different things. Got a call for a second interview the next day.
