I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Woodbury, MN) in Jun 2012
Interview
Came into the interview not being aware that it was going to be a group interview. I liked it because it allowed you to collaborate ideas off of other interviewees, but it looked bad if you repeated yourself. Make sure you try to alter your ideas from another so you seem unique.
