It was a group interview. They sat us down and then they started to ask us questions and whenever we wanted to answer just raise your hand or jump right in and anwers. They they last five minutes was a speed found where they asked us all 2 questions that were the same and we had to use 1 word to answer.

What is good customer service to you?
When did you ever experience good and bad customer service? Why was it good or bad?
I had a great experience doing a phone interview first and then going into the store and meeting the manager, He was super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

I was asked about building a rapport with the customers. He said that he really liked the way I talked about building a bit of a relationship and finding out what styles they normally go for so I can recommend things we have in store now.
The interview process was very simple, i called to check on the status of my application and was asked my name and to come in, then they just asked about my availability, and i was able to start working quickly in about a week.

They were friendly and easy. Nice interaction. It was my first job interview ever so I was really nervous but they put me at ease with their conversational approach to the interview.
