I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Columbia, MO) in Feb 2013
Interview
Just be sure that you know how to style an outfit. Seem very outgoing and excited when you go in for the interview. Other than that it's pretty easy. (I don't want to put 50 words here. But it's making me. So here is 50 words. There ya go.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The question I got asked when I had my interview was "If a girl comes in here and tells you she is going to a beach party this weekend, what clothes would you give her?" Know from what I know working for 3 years and seeing/hearing people get interviewed, if you are a girl they will ask you how to style an outfit for a boy and if you're a guy they will ask you to style a girl.

I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Columbia, MD)
Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
