I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Grove City, PA) in Nov 2011
Interview
I didn't have to go to an interview because I was picked up during the friends and family Black Friday offer. From hearing one interview, it was casual and wasn't high pressure. Sometimes there were group interviews, but usually interviews were one on one. Associates were hired and trained fairly quickly.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
