I applied online and received a call about a week and a half later and set up an interview. I went to the store and was asked to fill out a paper application and take a personality test. Then we walked to the food court and I got started the interview. The manager was so nice. I got hired on the spot.
They just asked me to talk about my past experience and about myself and my hobbies. They also asked why I wanted to work there and what my favorite trends were.

It was a very easy and laid back interview; I talked about myself and my availability when I was in High School. I also asked questions about the company culture and their benefits.

Did the interview right in front of the store, but it was chill, the lady was nice. She started with basic questions, then went to scenarios. After it was just over and she said she'd give a call.
