Interview
I came by to drop off my resume and the manager gave me a job application to fill out and said she would call me soon to come to an upcoming group interview. It was Friday, she called me Saturday and told me to come in on Tuesday for the interview. I showed up and there was one other girl doing the interview with me. We had to do the interview at the the front of the store because the hiring manager had called in sick and she had to watch the store front. She asked 2 questions and then asked us to build 2 outfits (each outfit has to have at least 4 pieces), one for girls and one for guys and then we'd present each outfit to her. After we did that, she told us we were hired on the spot and asked about our availability. We were asked to come in for and orientation which was happening the following day.
They just asked me to talk about my past experience and about myself and my hobbies. They also asked why I wanted to work there and what my favorite trends were.

Tell us about your favorite trends right now and explain why.
It was a very easy and laid back interview; I talked about myself and my availability when I was in High School. I also asked questions about the company culture and their benefits.

Did the interview right in front of the store, but it was chill, the lady was nice. She started with basic questions, then went to scenarios. After it was just over and she said she'd give a call.
