I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Woodbridge, NJ) in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied inside the store during the holiday season, when retail stores are looking to hire people seasonally. The interview was casual. It was inside the store. I just walked around and had a conversation with the store manager. I worked here for the holiday season and was offered part time after for my performance. The overall experience of the interview was pretty easy and straightforward, just had to be yourself.
