I went in and asked for an application. The manager asked me to fill it out ASAP and find her. I went to the food court filled it out and returned to the store 10 minutes later. I found the manager and she looked over my application and asked me two questions. After talking for about 5 minutes she hired me on the spot and I had orientation the next day!

Interview
On a Friday, I walked into the store and asked for an application. I returned it that Sunday and spoke to a manager for less than five minutes, and was offered the position on the phone that Tuesday. The process was very relaxed, informal, and quick. I had very flexible availability around the holidays and assume this was the reason why I was offered the position so quickly.

Interview
I had submitted an application a few months back and was actually going to submit a new one when I got a call to shedule an interview. I was having a busy week and they were very flexible with scheduling. During the interview she had me make an outfit with a theme "thanksgiving dinner". I went around the store, assembled my outfit, and brought it up to her. She asked me to then describe why I picked the outfit, how it relates to my style etc. She said it was so cute she wishes she could put it on the mannequin! Afterwards I took a quick assessment on the computer and then we walked to a quiet place in the mall where she asked me the interview questions. She then asked if I wanted to join the team and I said yes! We set up an orientation date that I will be attending soon!
